Enrollment

Our Mission:

  • To provide exceptional year-round opportunities for children to learn and develop in a fun, nurturing, healthy, and secure environment.

  • To promote and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning with confidence, intellectual, physical, as well as social development.

  • All admissions shall be made without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry national origin, age or sex.

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed and insured.

  • Provide a safe environment with 24-hr surveillance security camera system.

  • Teacher/student ratio is below the state of Pennsylvania requirement.

  • Offer excellent nutritious program and maintain high standard of cleanliness.

 

Operation

  • Hours of operation are between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM from Monday – Friday.

 

Daily schedule:   

  • Center open at 8am 

  • Breakfast at 8:30-10am 

  • Morning circle 10-10:30 am

  • Free play/outdoor/playroom  10:30-11am

  • Story time/art and craft /small & large group activities   11-11:30 am

  • Lunch - 11:30-12:30 pm

  • Bathroom/potty/brush teeth  12:30-1pm

  • Nap/quiet time/rest time   1-3 pm 

  • Snack  3-3:30pm

  • Afternoon learning/review    3:30-4:30pm

  • Relax/late snack/large group activities 4:30-5:30pm

*Time ranges differ depending on students age group

Hours of Service

  • Our center NOW is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:30pm except on holidays or emergency closing. At the time of enrollment, an agreement is signed for contracted services. This agreement reflects time needed for child care services which is not to exceed ten service hours

 

Tuition

  • Assistance with CBS enrollment (government subsidized food program).

  • PRIVATE PAY or CCIS co-pay tuition is based on a monthly payment. 

  • A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $100 must be paid in advance to guarantee a space.

 

Regulations

  • Tuition payment is due the last week of the month for the following month. $10 late fee per day will apply starting on the first school day of the new month. Your child will not be able to attend school if tuition is not paid in full by the deadline.

 

  • Tuition will not be refunded for the following reasons:

    • Inclement weather or emergency closing

    • Professional Development Day closing

    • Holidays closing

    • Absent due to sickness:: More than 5 consecutive school days can receive 50% reimbursement for the days the child is absent if legitimate document is provided, such as a Doctor’s note, on the day the child returns to school.

    • Vacation that is longer than a than 5 days without 2 weeks advance notice, 50% reimbursement will not apply and space is not guaranteed if absent more than 4 weeks.

  • Early drop-off and late pick-up fee without prior approval is $1 per minute.

  • Do not allow your child to bring anything dangerous, breakable, hot, sharp or expensive to school.

  • Families cannot accumulate more than 3 make up days, and they need to be made up ASAP, no roll over days.
